Doctor of Legal Sciences, Full Professor at TSU, he has published over 70 scientific works on the theory of law and on human rights, self-governance and state territoriality issues. He as been A Fellow and Visiting Professor at  the Universities of Munich, Jena, Bamberg, Hannover, Bern and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law.
